TL10L is built with Intel Atom N450 1.6 GHz processor and ICH8M chipset while support DDR2-667 SO-DIMM system memory up to 2GB. Its power supply includes an internal Li-battery and a hot-swappable Li-battery, which offers operating time up to 3.5 hours.

Tablet offers two storage device options including 120GB SATA HDD and 32GB SSD, it is flexible for customers choosing according to their demands. Except standard functions and interfaces, the device is also integrated with many devices for data retrieving such as 2D barcode scanner, smart card reader, RFID reader and 2 CMOS cameras etc. while provide multiple connectivity including Bluetooth, Ethernet, Wi-Fi and 3.75G HSUPA.

The TL1040 also can be implemented with special designed docking station with integrated magnetic/processor card reader so that broaden its usages such as mobile medication cart. Moreover, unlike other similar devices on the market, it can be mounted on the wall or bed's arm. Tablet has additional comfortable handle grip on the back of enclosure.
